About Markus Krebs
Markus Krebs is a German stand-up comedian from Duisburg, known for deadpan Ruhr-area humour, compact one-liners and stories set around pubs and everyday life. He won the RTL Comedy Grand Prix and established his stage persona through solo programmes including Literatur unter Betäubung and Hocker-Rocker.
After the RTL competition, he toured Permanent Panne through Germany and developed a recognisable solo format: seated on a bar stool in a black cap and sunglasses, he delivers jokes in quick succession. Pass auf... kennste den?! and Comedy alle wegen mir? took that format into German theatres and arenas.
