Artist
Corb Lund is a Canadian country singer-songwriter, born in Taber, Alberta, in 1969. After playing bass in the rock band the Smalls, he built a country catalogue rooted in ranching, rodeo life and western storytelling. His best-known recordings include “The Truck Got Stuck,” “Five Dollar Bill” and “Horse Soldier, Horse Soldier,” alongside the albums Hair in My Eyes Like a Highland Steer and Cabin Fever. Corb Lund made his Grand Ole Opry debut in 2009 and has returned to its stage while touring with his band, the Hurtin’ Albertans. Their concerts range across clubs, theatres and country and folk festivals, including appearances at the Edmonton Folk Music Festival and Calgary Folk Music Festival.
