Amanda Lepore in Portland

Amanda Lepore is an American singer, model and performance artist, born in New Jersey in 1967 and closely associated with New York club culture. She became known through the Club Kids scene and her work with photographer David LaChapelle, then released electronic pop including “My Hair Looks Fierce,” “Champagne” and the album I...Amanda Lepore. Amanda Lepore built her stage history in New York clubs, including parties produced by Susanne Bartsch, where she performed her own pop material as part of her nightlife appearances. She later appeared at Life Ball in Vienna and at Wigstock.
