Artist
Anette Olzon is a Swedish rock and metal singer, born in Katrineholm in 1971. She is best known as the vocalist heard on Nightwish albums Dark Passion Play and Imaginaerum, including the songs “Amaranth” and “Storytime.” Her other work includes the solo album Shine and recordings with The Dark Element. Nightwish took her on the Dark Passion Play World Tour between 2007 and 2009, ending the tour at Hartwall Arena in Helsinki. She returned to the road for the Imaginaerum World Tour in 2012, and her final performances with Nightwish took place during that tour.
