Artist
Arukara are a Japanese rock band formed in Kobe in 2002. Their music draws on alternative, indie and math rock, led by Taisuke Inamura’s vocals and intricate guitar parts. They are also known for “Kaidoku Funou,” the opening theme for the anime series Atom: The Beginning. Since 2013, Arukara have organized Neko Fes, a circuit festival held across live houses in their home city. The event reflects the club-based setting central to the band’s live work, using venues including Kobe VARIT. and Chicken George.
