A*Teens in Kristianstad

A*Teens are a Swedish pop group formed in Stockholm in 1998 by Marie Serneholt, Sara Lumholdt, Dhani Lennevald and Amit Paul. Their debut album, The ABBA Generation, introduced them through versions of ABBA songs including “Mamma Mia” and “Super Trouper”; later releases produced original singles such as “Upside Down” and “Halfway Around the World.” In 2000, A*Teens opened North American concerts for Britney Spears. After two decades away from performing together, the four members reunited at the 2024 Melodifestivalen final and performed a medley at Friends Arena.
