Bacilos in Santiago

Bacilos are a Latin pop band formed in Miami in 1997 by musicians with Colombian, Brazilian and Puerto Rican roots. Their Spanish-language pop and rock is best known through the album Caraluna and songs including “Mi Primer Millón,” “Caraluna” and “Tabaco y Chanel.” In 2004, Bacilos performed at the Viña del Mar International Song Festival during the group’s original run. After disbanding in 2007, they reunited a decade later and returned to touring under the Bacilos name.
