Building 429 is an American Christian rock band formed in Fayetteville, North Carolina, in 1999 and led by singer Jason Roy. The group established its presence on Christian radio through “Glory Defined,” followed by songs including “Where I Belong” and “We Won’t Be Shaken.” Its albums include Listen to the Sound and We Won’t Be Shaken. Building 429 played the 2012 Winter Jam arena tour on a multi-artist lineup headed by Skillet. The band followed it with the 2013 We Won’t Be Shaken Tour, a headlining run connected to the album; Family Force 5 and Hawk Nelson joined the tour.
