Casey Abrams in Los Angeles

Casey Abrams is an American singer, songwriter and multi-instrumentalist whose music draws on jazz, blues, rock and pop. A vocalist and upright bassist, he became widely known as a finalist on the tenth season of American Idol in 2011. His self-titled debut album included “Get Out,” while later recordings such as Put a Spell on You emphasized jazz standards and acoustic arrangements. The 2011 American Idols Live! Tour took him to arenas across North America alongside the season’s other finalists. He later performed under his own name in clubs and theatres and appeared in touring concerts as a vocalist and bassist with Scott Bradlee’s Postmodern Jukebox.
