Melisses in Rhodes

Melisses are a Greek pop-rock band formed in 2008 and fronted by singer Christos Mastoras. They became known through songs including “Kryfa,” “To Kyma,” “Ena” and “Ola Moiazoun Kalokairi,” combining guitar-led pop with contemporary Greek songwriting. In 2011, Melisses opened for Bon Jovi at the Olympic Stadium in Athens. In later years, the band played repeated seasonal residencies at Box and spent summers performing in cities and on islands around Greece.
