Clinton Fearon in North Pembroke

Clinton Fearon is a Jamaican roots-reggae singer, songwriter and bassist, born in 1951, who first became known through his long tenure with the Gladiators. He wrote and sang songs including “Chatty Chatty Mouth” and “Rich Man Poor Man”; his solo catalogue includes the albums Mi An’ Mi Guitar and Heart and Soul. After settling in Seattle in 1987, Clinton Fearon formed the Boogie Brown Band and toured as its singer, guitarist and bandleader. He also performs solo acoustic concerts, accompanying his voice with guitar and drawing on songs from both the Gladiators years and his own albums. He has performed at Rototom Sunsplash in Benicàssim and has also taken his live set to No Logo Festival in Fraisans.
