Clipse in Chicago

Clipse are an American hip-hop duo formed in Virginia Beach by brothers Gene and Terrence Thornton, who perform as No Malice and Pusha T. The Neptunes produced their 2002 major-label debut, Lord Willin’, which included the signature single “Grindin’”; the duo followed it with Hell Hath No Fury and Til the Casket Drops. In 2019, Clipse reunited for a full set at Pharrell Williams’s Something in the Water festival in Virginia Beach after years devoted to separate careers. Later that year, the brothers performed together at Kanye West’s Sunday Service at the Forum in Inglewood, including their verses on “Use This Gospel.” Clipse played Camp Flog Gnaw Carnival in Los Angeles in 2023 and Primavera Sound in Barcelona in 2024.
