Artist
Common Kings are an American reggae-rock band formed in Orange County, California, in 2011. Drawing on the members’ Polynesian heritage, the group plays island reggae with rock and pop elements. Songs including “Wade in Your Water” and “No Other Love” established their sound, while the debut album Lost in Paradise earned a Grammy nomination. Common Kings opened for Justin Timberlake on dates of The 20/20 Experience World Tour in Australia and New Zealand. They subsequently developed an extensive club, theatre and festival schedule of their own, including repeat performances at California Roots Music and Arts Festival in Monterey.
