Congo Natty in London

Congo Natty is the recording and performance name of British jungle producer and MC Michael West. He first released music as Rebel MC, including “Street Tuff” with Double Trouble, before developing the ragga-jungle sound heard on “Junglist,” “Code Red” and the album Jungle Revolution. In 2013, Congo Natty performed at Glastonbury Festival during the release year of Jungle Revolution. He later brought his DJ-led jungle sets to Boomtown Fair, whose programme has long included reggae, dub and soundsystem music.
