Connect-R in Râmnicu Vâlcea

Connect-R is a Romanian singer, rapper and songwriter, born Ștefan Relu Mihalache in Bucharest in 1982. He began in hip-hop as a member of R.A.C.L.A. before moving into pop, R&B and dance music. His best-known songs include “Vara nu dorm,” “Burning Love” and “Still.” In 2006, Connect-R performed “Loca” with Arsenium and Natalia Gordienko for Moldova at the Eurovision Song Contest in Athens. In later years, he brought his pop and rap repertoire to major Romanian concert events, including Forza ZU.
