Artist
Corazón Serrano is a Peruvian cumbia group founded in Piura in 1993 by members of the Guerrero Neyra family. Its northern Peruvian cumbia is closely associated with female lead vocals and songs including “Tomando cerveza,” “No eres único” and “Díganle.” In 2023, Corazón Serrano celebrated its 30th anniversary with a large concert in Lima. The performance used the group’s established ensemble format, built around several lead singers and a cumbia orchestra, at Estadio San Marcos.
