Artist
Crack Cloud are a Canadian art-punk and post-punk collective formed in 2015 and based in Vancouver. Led by drummer and vocalist Zach Choy, the group combines angular rock, electronics and ensemble arrangements on releases including Pain Olympics, Tough Baby and Red Mile; “Drab Measure” and “The Next Fix” are among its best-known songs. Crack Cloud recorded a full-ensemble performance for KEXP in Seattle in 2019. The group subsequently toured clubs across the UK and continental Europe, then performed at Glastonbury Festival in 2022. Crack Cloud perform as an expanded ensemble featuring drums, guitars, bass, keyboards and additional percussion. The front-facing drum kit places Zach Choy at the centre of the stage setup.
