Dave Hughes in Sandy Bay

Dave Hughes is an Australian stand-up comedian, radio personality and television presenter known for his gravelly voice and dry observational comedy. He became widely familiar through television programs including The Glass House, Before the Game and The Project, and later hosted Hughesy, We Have a Problem. He began performing stand-up in Melbourne in the early 1990s. He went on to present solo shows at the Melbourne International Comedy Festival and tour around Australia, while his overseas appearances included the Edinburgh Festival Fringe.
