Davido in Toronto

Davido is a Nigerian singer, songwriter and producer, born in Atlanta in 1992 and raised in Lagos, who makes afrobeats and pop. His best-known songs include “Dami Duro,” “If,” “Fall” and “Unavailable,” while his albums include Omo Baba Olowo, A Good Time and Timeless. In 2019, he headlined London’s O2 Arena and returned for another concert there in 2022. Later that year, he performed “Hayya Hayya” with Trinidad Cardona and Aisha at the FIFA World Cup closing ceremony at Lusail Stadium, followed by the Timeless Tour in 2023. In 2024, he performed at Accor Arena in Paris and later headlined Madison Square Garden in New York.
