Die Höchste Eisenbahn is a German indie-pop band formed in Berlin in 2011 by singer-songwriters Francesco Wilking and Moritz Krämer. Joined by Felix Weigt and Max Schröder, the group makes melodic, German-language guitar pop and is known for the albums Schau in den Lauf Hase, Wer bringt mich jetzt zu den Anderen and Ich glaub dir alles, as well as songs including “Was machst du dann” and “Raus aufs Land.” In 2019, the band took Ich glaub dir alles on a tour of German clubs and theatres, following earlier concert runs connected to its first two records. The four musicians perform as a full band: Francesco Wilking and Moritz Krämer alternate lead vocals and guitars, supported by Felix Weigt on bass and keyboards and Max Schröder on drums.
