Artist
DJ Nobu is a Japanese techno DJ and producer known for hypnotic, minimal and dub-inflected selections. He is closely associated with the Future Terror party and his Bitta label, two central outlets for his work as a curator and artist. In 2001, he founded Future Terror in Chiba and later brought the party to Tokyo. Its long-running events established the foundation of his live career, while his sets subsequently reached clubs and festivals abroad. Outside Japan, he has performed at Berlin’s Berghain and the Dekmantel festival in Amsterdam.
