DJ Seinfeld in Vancouver

DJ Seinfeld is the recording name of Swedish electronic producer and DJ Armand Jakobsson. His lo-fi house and deep-house work first drew attention through tracks including “U,” followed by the debut album Time Spent Away From U. The album Mirrors, released by Ninja Tune, includes “These Things Will Come to Be” and the Stella Explorer collaboration “She Loves Me.” A filmed Boiler Room performance documented his club-focused DJ format, which moves through house, breakbeat and disco. He has also brought that format to Primavera Sound in Barcelona and Coachella in California.
