Artists
Donots are a German punk-rock band formed in Ibbenbüren in 1993. Their best-known releases include the album Pocketrock and the songs “Whatever Happened to the 80s” and “Stop the Clocks”; Karacho established German-language material as a central part of their catalogue. In 2014, Donots marked their 20th anniversary and 1,000th concert at Halle Münsterland in Münster, a show later documented on 20 Years of Donots. They have also returned repeatedly to Rock am Ring and Rock im Park.
H-Blockx are a German crossover-rock band formed in Münster in 1990, fronted by singer Henning Wehland. Their 1994 debut album, Time to Move, introduced the songs “Risin’ High,” “Move” and “Little Girl”; later releases included their version of “The Power,” recorded with Turbo B. In 1995, H-Blockx opened for Bon Jovi during the These Days Tour. The band subsequently appeared at Rock am Ring and continued its festival history with a 2015 performance at Wacken Open Air.
