Ed Gamble & Tim Key in London

Ed Gamble is an English stand-up comedian, writer and broadcaster born in 1986. He is known for winning the ninth series of Taskmaster, appearing on Mock the Week and co-hosting the Off Menu podcast with James Acaster. His solo shows Mammoth, Blizzard and Blood Sugar were presented at the Edinburgh Festival Fringe in successive years, and he took Blood Sugar on tour around the UK. In 2022 he toured theatres with Electric, followed by another nationwide stand-up tour, Hot Diggity Dog.

Tim Key is an English comedian, poet, actor and screenwriter, born in 1976. His comedy centres on terse, offbeat poems and deadpan digressions; on television and radio, he is also known for playing Sidekick Simon in Alan Partridge projects including Mid Morning Matters and This Time. The Slutcracker won the Edinburgh Comedy Award at the 2009 Edinburgh Festival Fringe. Key followed it with solo shows including Masterslut, Single White Slut, Megadate and Mulberry, taking his poetry-led comedy on tours in Britain and abroad. Key performs solo, reading poems from small cards and breaking away into stories, improvised exchanges and conversations with individual audience members. In London, his stage shows have run at Soho Theatre; in Australia, he has performed at the Melbourne International Comedy Festival.
