ENNIO in Bochum

ENNIO is the stage name of German singer-songwriter Ennio Frankl, a Munich artist who makes German-language indie pop shaped by electronic production. His best-known songs include “Kippe” and “Blaulicht,” while the albums Nirvana and Schlaraffenland established the central strands of his catalogue. ENNIO took Nirvana on a headline tour after the album’s release and later performed at Hurricane and Southside. He followed those festival appearances with another run of German venues on the Schlaraffenland Tour.
