Frank Boeijen in Bloemendaal

Frank Boeijen is a Dutch singer-songwriter, born in Nijmegen in 1957, who first became known as the frontman of Frank Boeijen Groep. His Dutch-language pop catalogue includes “Zwart wit,” “Kronenburg Park” and “De Verzoening”; his solo work produced “Zeg me dat het niet zo is.” The 1985 album Live! documented Frank Boeijen Groep on stage during the band’s concert years. He later made recurring theatre tours central to his solo live work, performing songs from both phases of his career in the Netherlands and Flanders, including concerts at Royal Theatre Carré in Amsterdam and De Vereeniging in Nijmegen.
