Frida Gold is a German pop band from the Ruhr area, fronted by vocalist Alina Süggeler and featuring bassist Andreas Weizel. The group plays electronic pop and is known for songs including “Zeig mir wie du tanzt,” “Wovon sollen wir träumen” and “Liebe ist meine Rebellion,” as well as the albums Juwel and Liebe ist meine Rebellion. In 2011, Frida Gold opened Kylie Minogue’s German concerts on the Aphrodite: Les Folies Tour. Later that year, the band followed with the Juwel Tour, and in 2013 it returned to German stages for the Liebe ist meine Rebellion Tour.
