Gilmore & Roberts are an English contemporary folk duo formed in 2006 by singer and fiddle player Katriona Gilmore and singer and guitarist Jamie Roberts. They perform original songs and instrumentals rooted in British folk traditions; their albums include The Innocent Left, Conflict Tourism and A Problem of Our Kind. The concert album In Our History – LIVE documents the two-person format they have taken around the UK folk circuit. Their shows feature close vocal harmonies alongside fiddle, mandolin and guitar, a setup they have presented at Cambridge Folk Festival and Fairport’s Cropredy Convention.
