About Guantanamo Baywatch

Guantanamo Baywatch is an American garage-rock and surf-punk band formed in Portland, Oregon, in 2009. The group is known for reverb-heavy guitar instrumentals and rough-edged songs heard on the albums Chest Crawl, Darling... It’s Too Late and Desert Center.

The band recorded an Audiotree Live session in Chicago, documenting its guitar, bass and drums lineup in performance. After releasing Darling... It’s Too Late, Guantanamo Baywatch also played a studio set in Seattle for KEXP.
