Hanka Paldum in Zagreb

Hanka Paldum is a Bosnian singer, born in Čajniče in 1956, whose repertoire spans sevdalinka, folk and folk-pop. She is known for songs including “Voljela sam, voljela,” “Crne kose” and “Ali pamtim još,” as well as the albums Čežnja and Sanjam. Her stage work began with local cultural societies and appearances on Radio Sarajevo. Decades later, she marked 35 years of her career with a solo concert at Olympic Hall Zetra, performing material drawn from her sevdalinka and folk catalogue. She also headlines concert-hall shows in Zagreb and Belgrade.
