Have A Nice Life is an American experimental rock duo formed in Middletown, Connecticut, by Dan Barrett and Tim Macuga. Their music incorporates post-punk, shoegaze, drone and dark ambient textures. They are best known for the album Deathconsciousness, including the songs “Bloodhail” and “Earthmover,” and later released The Unnatural World and Sea of Worry. The Stone in New York hosted their first live performance in 2010. Nine years later, they brought an expanded live lineup to Roadburn Festival in Tilburg and performed Deathconsciousness in full.
