Artist
Hooja is a Swedish electronic duo from Gällivare, performing through the masked characters Hooja and Mårdis. The project emerged in 2021 and plays epadunk, pairing dance beats with humorous Swedish-language lyrics. Its best-known tracks include “Banan Melon Kiwi & Citron,” “Donkey Kong” and “Kommer du ihåg?” Hooja performed at Allsång på Skansen in 2023 and appeared at Lollapalooza Stockholm that summer. The duo later staged a headline concert at Avicii Arena.
