Artist
Hurts are a British synth-pop duo formed in Manchester in 2009 by singer Theo Hutchcraft and multi-instrumentalist Adam Anderson. Their debut album, Happiness, introduced the songs “Wonderful Life,” “Stay” and “Better Than Love”; later albums include Exile, Surrender, Desire and Faith. The Happiness Tour took the duo through European theatres and festivals in 2010 and 2011. The Exile Tour followed in 2013, while the Surrender Tour and Desire Tour extended their headline concert history later in the decade. Hurts perform with a full band: Theo Hutchcraft handles lead vocals, while Adam Anderson plays keyboards and guitar alongside touring musicians.
