Idina Menzel in Cuyahoga Falls

Idina Menzel is an American singer and actor, born in New York City in 1971. She originated the Broadway roles of Maureen Johnson in Rent and Elphaba in Wicked, then voiced Elsa in Disney’s Frozen. “Defying Gravity” and “Let It Go” became signature songs in her concert repertoire, while her solo recordings include I Stand and Holiday Wishes. The Barefoot at the Symphony concert program paired her with orchestras and led to a filmed 2011 performance at Toronto’s Koerner Hall, conducted by Marvin Hamlisch. She gave a solo concert at Radio City Music Hall in 2014, then took the Idina Menzel World Tour through theatres and arenas in 2015, including Wembley Arena.
