Ingrid Bjørnov in Skjærhalden

Ingrid Bjørnov is a Norwegian pianist, singer, composer and musical comedian, born in Oslo in 1963. She first became known through the duo Dollie de Luxe with Benedicte Adrian, representing Norway at the Eurovision Song Contest with “Lenge leve livet.” The pair also created the rock musical Which Witch, while Bjørnov later built a solo career around music and comedy. Which Witch was staged at London’s Piccadilly Theatre in 1992. Bjørnov subsequently toured Norwegian theatres with piano-led solo productions including Ingrid Bjørnov på Latter, Til Elise?, Steinway to Heaven and Klassisk hærverk.
