Jamie Cullum is an English singer, pianist and songwriter, born in 1979, whose music draws on jazz, swing and pop. He became widely known through the album Twentysomething and songs including “These Are the Days,” “All at Sea” and his cover of “Everlasting Love.” In 2004, Cullum played an outdoor concert that was filmed and released as Live at Blenheim Palace. Later tours built around The Pursuit, Momentum and Taller brought his band to theatres, concert halls and festivals. Cullum leads a full band from the piano, and his sets combine original songs, jazz standards and rearranged pop material. He also uses the piano as a percussion instrument and is known to climb onto it during performances. He has returned to Glastonbury Festival more than once and has also performed at Montreux Jazz Festival. North Sea Jazz Festival has featured him on multiple editions.
Joss Stone is an English soul and R&B singer-songwriter, born in Dover in 1987. Her debut album, The Soul Sessions, introduced her through versions of songs including “Fell in Love with a Boy” and “Super Duper Love.” Mind Body & Soul followed, featuring “You Had Me” and “Right to Be Wrong.” Joss Stone sang at Live 8 in London’s Hyde Park in 2005 and appeared at Concert for Diana at Wembley Stadium in 2007. She began the Total World Tour in 2014 as an attempt to perform in every country, and the multi-year itinerary included a 2019 performance in Pyongyang.
