Young Jeezy in Las Vegas

Young Jeezy is an American rapper born in Columbia, South Carolina, and raised in Georgia. His 2005 major-label debut, Let’s Get It: Thug Motivation 101, established his hard-edged Southern trap sound through tracks including “Soul Survivor” and “Go Crazy.” His other best-known records include “I Luv It” and “Put On,” the latter featuring Kanye West on the album The Recession. The 2007 Street Dream Tour paired Young Jeezy with Lil Wayne and brought his catalog to stages across the United States. He marked the tenth anniversary of Thug Motivation 101 with a 2015 concert at the Fox Theatre, then revisited the album in 2023 alongside the Atlanta Symphony Orchestra at Atlanta Symphony Hall.
