Jeff Dunham is an American ventriloquist, stand-up comedian and puppeteer, born in Dallas in 1962. He is known for the characters Walter, Peanut, Achmed the Dead Terrorist and José Jalapeño on a Stick, as well as televised comedy specials including Arguing with Myself. In 2007, he recorded Spark of Insanity at the Warner Theatre in Washington, D.C. The following year, A Very Special Christmas Special was filmed at the Pabst Theater in Milwaukee. He later staged the residency Not Playing with a Full Deck at Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino in Las Vegas. His stage show is a solo ventriloquism set that combines stand-up with extended exchanges among his recurring characters. Still Not Canceled is built around his routines with Walter, Peanut and Achmed the Dead Terrorist.
Gabriel Iglesias is an American stand-up comedian and actor, born in San Diego in 1976 and raised in Long Beach. Known by the nickname “Fluffy,” he built his comedy around personal stories, character voices and sound effects. His best-known screen work includes the specials Hot & Fluffy and I’m Not Fat… I’m Fluffy, as well as the sitcom Mr. Iglesias. The Unity Through Laughter tour was followed by FluffyMania: 20 Years of Comedy and Beyond the Fluffy. In 2022, he recorded Stadium Fluffy at Dodger Stadium in Los Angeles, becoming the first comedian to sell out the ballpark for a stand-up show. He performs solo stand-up built around extended autobiographical stories, vocal impressions and recurring characters. Tales about his family and his friend Martin Moreno run through Aloha Fluffy.
