Jill Johnson in Ulricehamn

Jill Johnson is a Swedish singer and songwriter, born in Ängelholm in 1973, whose music centres on contemporary country and country-pop. She is known for songs including “Kärleken är” and “Crazy in Love,” albums such as Roots and Wings and Music Row, and the television series Jills veranda. In 1998, she won Melodifestivalen with “Kärleken är” and represented Sweden at the Eurovision Song Contest in Birmingham. Five years later, she returned to the competition with “Crazy in Love,” performing in the final at Stockholm Globe Arena.
