Jimmie Allen is an American country singer-songwriter, born in 1985 in Milton, Delaware. He became known through his debut album, Mercury Lane, and the songs “Best Shot” and “Make Me Want To”; he later recorded “Freedom Was a Highway” with Brad Paisley. The Mercury Lane Tour took him on his first headlining run in 2019. He later returned to North American arenas as an opening act on the 2022 and 2023 dates of Carrie Underwood’s Denim & Rhinestones Tour.
