John Morgan in Cleveland

John Morgan is an American country singer-songwriter from Sylva, North Carolina. He is known for “Friends Like That,” recorded in a later version featuring Jason Aldean, and for writing songs including Aldean and Carrie Underwood’s “If I Didn’t Love You,” Aldean’s “Trouble with a Heartbreak” and Michael Ray’s “Whiskey and Rain.” His own recordings include the album Carolina Blue. In 2022, John Morgan opened dates on Jason Aldean’s Rock N’ Roll Cowboy Tour, taking his songs to amphitheatres and arenas around the United States. He also made his debut at the Grand Ole Opry.
