José Manuel Soto in Cadiz

José Manuel Soto is a Spanish singer-songwriter, born in Seville in 1961, whose music draws on Andalusian pop, flamenco and canción. His best-known songs include “Por ella” and “Déjate querer,” both centred on the melodic, romantic writing that runs through his recorded work. José Manuel Soto has performed Andalusian carols in the long-running seasonal concert series Así canta nuestra tierra en Navidad. The later anniversary concert 25 años por ella gathered his best-known material for a theatre performance at Teatro de la Maestranza.
