Artist
Kalben is a Turkish singer-songwriter, born in İskenderun in 1986, whose music draws on acoustic folk, indie rock and pop. Her self-titled debut album arrived in 2016 and included the songs “Sadece” and “Saçlar.” Her 2014 performance of “Sadece” for Sofar Sounds Istanbul introduced her intimate solo presentation to a wider audience. She followed it with her first solo concert in May 2015 at Salon İKSV in Istanbul.
