Katie Gregson-MacLeod is a Scottish singer-songwriter from Inverness who writes piano-led indie folk and pop. She became known through the ballad “complex,” which drew attention after she posted an unfinished version on TikTok, and developed that sound on the EPs songs written for piano and BIG RED. In 2023, she performed at Glastonbury Festival and played TRNSMT in Glasgow.
