Kendell Marvel in Yorkville

Kendell Marvel is an American country singer-songwriter from southern Illinois whose music draws on honky-tonk, outlaw country and Southern rock. He wrote Gary Allan’s “Right Where I Need to Be” and co-wrote Chris Stapleton’s “Either Way”; his own albums include Lowdown & Lonesome, Solid Gold Sounds and Come On Sunshine. Kendell Marvel’s Honky Tonk Experience became a monthly residency at Exit/In in Nashville. He later opened for Chris Stapleton on the All-American Road Show, bringing his solo material to arena audiences on that tour.
