Kindred The Family Soul in Pittsburgh

Kindred The Family Soul is an American husband-and-wife soul duo formed in Philadelphia by Fatin Dantzler and Aja Graydon. Their warm neo-soul and contemporary R&B first reached a wider audience through the album Surrender to Love, which includes “Far Away” and “Stars”; “Where Would I Be (The Question)” became another signature song. Performances at the Black Lily showcase at the Five Spot connected the duo with Jill Scott, who subsequently took them on tour as an opening act.
