KMFDM is a German industrial-rock band formed in Hamburg in 1984 by Sascha Konietzko. Heavy guitars, electronic programming and forceful dance rhythms shape albums including Angst, Nihil and Symbols, while “A Drug Against War,” “Juke Joint Jezebel” and “Megalomaniac” are among their best-known songs. KMFDM joined Ministry’s The Mind Is a Terrible Thing to Taste tour in 1989, which brought the band to the United States for the first time. Rammstein later opened North American dates on the 1997 Symbols tour. After reforming in the early 2000s, the band marked two decades with the 20th Anniversary World Tour 2004.
