Kwesi Arthur in Atlanta

Kwesi Arthur is a Ghanaian rapper and singer from Tema whose music draws on hip-hop, hiplife and Afropop. He became known through “Grind Day” and its remix featuring Sarkodie and Medikal, followed by the Live from Nkrumah Krom mixtape series and the album Son of Jacob. He staged the One Cedi and a Dream concert in his hometown and later brought the event to Rattray Park in Kumasi. His appearances outside Ghana have included Ghana Party in the Park in London.
