La Factoria & Raymix in Dallas

Raymix is the Mexican electrocumbia project of singer, producer and aerospace engineer Edmundo Gómez Moreno. His music pairs cumbia sonidera rhythms with electronic production, and he is best known for “Oye Mujer,” “Tú Eres la Razón” and the album Oye Mujer. Raymix performed at Vive Latino in Mexico City, bringing his electronic cumbia repertoire to the festival stage. He later recorded an NPR Tiny Desk (Home) Concert, presenting “Oye Mujer” through vocals, keyboards and programmed rhythms.
