Little Texas & Jake Worthington in Fairbury

Little Texas is an American country-rock band formed in Nashville in 1988. The group became known for the album Big Time and songs including “God Blessed Texas,” “What Might Have Been,” “My Love” and “Kick a Little.” Before releasing its first album, Little Texas spent several years playing clubs and honky-tonks around the country. After a late-1990s hiatus, the group returned to the road in 2004 and continues to perform at fairs, festivals and country venues across the United States.

Jake Worthington is an American country singer from La Porte, Texas, known for traditional honky-tonk songs and his runner-up finish on the sixth season of The Voice. His self-titled debut album includes “State You Left Me In,” “Next New Thing” and “She Ain’t You.” In 2014, he performed through the live rounds of the competition as a member of Blake Shelton’s team and finished second. He later played honky-tonks and country venues around Texas before making his Grand Ole Opry debut in Nashville in 2023.
